Vince and I spent many years working together at my family’s restaurant. He would come into every shift full of life and would light up the entire room. I can still picture Vince and hear his infectious laugh calling me out “Oh really Beto?!?” We also spent a lot of years together in college having a great time. Countless University of Utah tailgates. Memories I will never forget. Vince truly was a friend to everyone. We will miss you.
